FYI, I updated the development docs for Python's NamedTemporaryFile, in the
hopes that the behavior will be clearer to the next fellow.  After a short
bout of staring the code again, I didn't see a way to make it work on Win2K
the way it does on Linux; for x-platform work, it appears no more useful
than TemporaryFile (except that it *has* a unique .name member).
