Please don't call it RelationManager, 'relation' and a 'relationship'
are two different concepts.

A relational database got it's name for storing 'relations', which is
the weird name mathematicians give for 'tables' (rows and columns and
stuff). A 'relationship', on the other hand, is a link between entities.
That's why Andy calls his pattern 'Relationship Manager'.

The lookalike names, and the fact that we usually talk a lot about
relationships in relational databases usually confuse people.
