[Zope3-dev] VFS remains

Today I studied the texts about the zope3 vfs layer 
(http://dev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ComponentArchitecture/BasicVFSViews 
and
http://dev.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ComponentArchitecture/AdvancedVFSViews). 
These texts are out-dated and should be moved aside. There are some dead 
corpses of the vfs layer in the zope tree, too:

zope/app/vfs/content/dtmlpageadd.py
zope/app/vfs/content/dtmlpageview.py
zope/app/vfs/content/sql.py
zope/publisher/meta.zcml
