Look at the hellopackage for a very minimal product in the zopeproducts.

You can also take a look at the zopexml package in the Infrae CVS, here:

http://cvs.infrae.com/zopexml

It features the beginnings of XML integration into Zope 3.

This has been updated last weekend so ought to still work. :)
