[Zope3-dev] Python 2.3.3 is requited fro Zope 3

And, as an added bonus, I get to find out about any brown-paper-bag
bugs in 2.3.3.

The Zope2 HEAD should probably also be switched to require 2.3.3 
instead of 2.3.2.
