Heh.  I just wanna keep the config info for this from polluting
everything else (it was getting passed through *sys* of all places!).

Jim suggested that it made more sense for that to be done in ZCML than
in a site configuration (since Zope 3 will eventually use ZConfig for
site stuff), but we don't have ZCML in Zope 2.  And sticking it in
ZConfig is still better than using the environment and whacking at the
sys module.
