Well, there's so much prior art that there's nothing to worry about. 
Even ZC delivered a system that does everything the patent describes, 
except for branching, more than a year ago.

It's sad to see companies fall into this path.  SCO, formerly Caldera, 
used to be on my list of most interesting companies.  Now it's 
threatening to become another Unisys, a thorn in the side of every open 
source software developer.
