Well, these might be the Zope 3 logo, the username and settings options. I 
would imagine this to be similar to what we have in the ZopeTop skin.

Everything is in Packages, so you can pack them up and make a distribution... 
Ask the guy who sits across from you (at work) for details... ;-)

I totally agree, but as Godefroid pointed out, we have other issues than the 
particular look of the final UI.

Active means that the system will use this service and registered means that 
the servicemanager knows about it. Why the distinction is needed I do not 
know either.

Unregistered services might have some useful data in them.
