This is very important.  We have Sidnei on contract to
deliver nzo real soon (right, Sidnei?).  We also have
Jeffrey Shell on contract as the zope.org webmaster.

We can't staff contract resources like this all over the
place and I'm convinced it's what's necessary to make sure
that the sites remain nicely gardened/pruned.
