Isn't that actor the SiteDeveloper?

Among the SiteDeveloper's use cases we already have:

- Create DynamicContent
      - Use case: Create a ZPT Page
      - Use case: Create a DTML script
      - Use case: Create a Python script

This is what a "web programmer" comming from ASP or PHP would expect to  
do in Zope. I'd add another use case:

    - Use case: Create a SQL method

In fact, now that I think about it, it's quite amazing that the acronym  
SQL cannot be found in the entire SiteDeveloper page!
