While I don't need to have all this "through the web", I do need to have 
it "locally" and not "globally". Right now, I don't much care if the 
configuration is through the web, by synchronising to the filesystem, or 
by some other means. TTW is a good enough place to start, though.

One of the major commercial reasons I'm spending time developing Zope 3 
is do I can easily modify the behaviour and presentation of different 
instances of a product.
