I think this is an important thread, and I hope something gets
threshed out that satisfies Martijn .. his concerns sound valid.

This sounds cool, and the name has a certain Eby flair ;> 
but would something like 'autoInterface()' or 
'generateInterface()' or 'defaultInterface()' or 
'tempInterface()' do at all?
