All of your suggested service names fit the phrase "this service is 
responsible for <insert service name here>".  EventDispatch seems like a 
stretch unless you interpret "dispatch" as a noun meaning "the act of 
dispatching". (See m-w.com.)

I'm glad you didn't choose the infinitive form of the verbs.  They were 
awfully strange. :-)
