[Zope3-dev] Zope 3 tests now hanging on Windows too...

I ran the Zope3 tests under Win98SE last night with no hangs, and also today
under Win2K (but I didn't try using the --all switch; I don't know whether
you do).

I found an intermittent failure in checkPackWithGCOnDestinationAfterRestore
today, which turned out to be a Windows-specific problem (due to the
coarseness of time.time() on Windows).  A fix for that will be checked in.

I didn't have any other problems.
