[Zope3-dev] Updated schema presentation

A while ago, I added a second chapter to the Zope 3 programmer's tutorial.
The examples in this presentation were broken by the grand renaming in December.

I've updated the presentation:

- to reflect the grand renaming, and to

- to include an addform example

The working source code is also available in CVS.
