I guess we're just waiting for Jim to put his ZopePope stamp of approval
on the notion.

According to Guido, the PBF has now declared 2.3 the "Python-in-a-Tie"
release, for whatever it's worth. And I plan to spend the next couple of
months making 2.3.3 build on as many boxes as I can, "out of the box".
