I took the following sections from CleanupOfSchemaAndWidgets:

Vocabulary Fields
Enumerated Fields
Sequence and Set Fields

These all go together somehow and I do them all at once. The schema stuff was 
pretty simple, but the widget refactorings accompanying these changes are 
juicy. I will hopefully be done with them later this week.
