No. It is partial.

<vent>I wasted most of yesterday trying to get a demo repository
up. I tried building it on a fast machine and transfering the
built database.  No luck. The database formats were incompatable
accross the 2 machines.  Dump/load didn't work because loading
that large a repository on svn.zope.org was taking hours.
I should have let it go, but I decided to try the build on the
fast machine approach instead, which failed. What's there now
is the result of the partial load.</vent>
