Hi,

as you might have seen in my mail yesterday, we got the permission to 
translate the book for non-commercial purposes. Yipee!

I would strongly suggest working off my LaTeX sources, which are in SVN. The 
first step for you to get access (even read access) will be to become a Zope 
contributor. After that, Jim can clear you to have access to the book 
project.
