Note by the way that there's a (currently unmaintained so slightly 
behind date) Relax NG schema for ZCML in the CVS:

http://cvs.zope.org/Zope3/doc/zcml/

The .rnc file will make nxml-mode magically know about all kinds of ZCML 
attributes. :)
