I agree,
But what we can do is, write a small statement on what we actually doing.
Like in the documents TODO and TODO later.
That will give a overview what's going on.
And perhaps some new developer can help on active parts and get involved.
or pick up some parts where nobody is working on.
Just a small self managing project management. Or at least a overview.
Nobody is telling somebody what he has to do. But you can asing you to
tasks like in the bugtracker.
I like your mamings:
Let's call this "The SantaClaus list".
If somebody can accomplish a wish he can take the task
and make other people happy.
