[Zope3-dev] checkin-messages for new top-level packages?

I've added a top-level package in the repos and I'm still think 
that's not the best solution. See http://svn.zope.org/ (ldapauth)

Is there a way for to support checkin-messages?
If so, does it mean we have to add for each top-level package
a own checkin-message account?
