[Zope3-dev] Cleanup of collector needed

There's a lot of cruft in the Zope 3 bug collector. If we're now in 
maintenance mode, I think it's essential that this information be 
cleaned up:

- What's a real bug and what isn't?

- Which bugs must be fixed for Zope X3 GA and which can be deferred?

I can help with this, but the in/out decisions aren't up to me. I can 
help close out bugs if given the privileges needed to their status.
