[Zope3-dev] Registration problems with copied/renamed utilities

There's a major problem that crops up when one renames or copies a 
utility. I'm not exactly sure about the details of the problem, but the 
symptoms are pretty obvious:

- Viewing the Registration tab of a renamed component results in a 
NotFoundError.

- If the renamed component is initially registered, viewing the 
RegistrationManager results in a NotFoundError.

- A copied component has the same registration as the original.
