Nope, I reimplemented undo a few months ago, so it all works very well. 
The svn sandbox actually has a package-includes/undo-configure.zcml, but 
I now see that we don't have any zpkg configuration files for 
zope.app.undo, so no surprise that there's no undo-conifgure.zcml.

Can you please file a collector issue?
