Something running on cache1.zope.org is connecting to mail.python.org
and starting an SMTP conversation with this:

  MAIL FROM:<zope3-dev at zope.org>

...which means bounces get sent back to that address.

Smells like an email virus to me.  Are you sure those are all the
headers?  No earlier "Received" headers?
