[Zope3-dev] Zope 3 Book updated

Hi everyone,

the last two days I spent on updating the "Writing a new Content Object" 
chapter, which is the first step of the messageboard example. It is now 
completely up to the state of the art that Zope 3 has to offer, including 
using just attributes, making use of preconditions as well as the new 
addMenuItem and containerViews directives.

Sorry, no STX or reST version anymore; it is just too hard to generate them.
