  I have downloaded the Python 2.3.3 on my XP system and 
  then your

ZopeX3-3.0.0a1.win32-py2.3.exe (4.07 M) 
 
  Now I have a Python23\Lib\site-packages\ containing your files.
 
  But the next steps to install the new Zope 3 are not described for 
  a Win environment (only for a Unix system) see below
