Yes, except it cant go into Zope 3 because it depends on external
things:

1. SQLObject
2. Zope3 DA's
3. An installed RDB (one of Postgres, MySQL, Sybase, etc)

This should have been released some time ago, but I never got around
it. I'll poke Alan again.
