[Zope3-dev] Best practice for useing a different server setup?

Hi together,

What's the best way for to setup a server
if I don't like to use packages like the file 
or image package?

(The shouldn't show up as content types
in the comontask add view)

Should I write own configure.zcml and use the
own configure.zcml in the package-includes?
And remove tho original.

Is there a better way for to control this 
replacement work?

Perhaps a own setup.py script for to download and
compile my own packages form the repos?
Or what do you use for to declare which package is 
included in the setup process?
