Ok, thanks, 

It whould be nice if we could generate this configuration on the 
server. Like a configuration app. This config app should know the 
depenency and should be able to write the relevant configure.zcml 
files by a user selection to the site-packages folder.

Isn't this possible with distutil?
What do I have to do if I whould setup a different configuration
with distutil?
