[Zope3-dev] RFC: Remove zope.app.observable from X3.0 release.

There is a framework included in X3.0 that isn't mature.
It mature because it isn't used yet.  I think it will be used.
(If it isn't used by X3.1, I'll take it off the trunk.) I'd like to
remove it from the X3.0 release.

Any objections?
