[Zope3-dev] Merging srichter-blow-services branch to trunk

Hello everyone,

my work on the srichter-blow-services branch is almost done and I am getting 
ready to merge it to the trunk. This message is an early-warning heads-up, as 
the merge will be disruptive to everyone - no exceptions. I would suggest 
that you try out the branch and tell me what's going wrong.

Here are some outstanding todos:

- Write database generation code to convert adapter and utility service to 
site managers and transfer their registrations.

- Remove some XXX I left in the code to mark untested segments.

- Make sure that all BBB functions, classes and methods throw deprecation 
warnings.
