This was an oversight.

It is something they should, at least, be able to specify
on creation.  They should be be unable to change it or
warned that changing causes principal ids to change, causing
old data, such as grants or log entries to become invalid.

Great, thanks.  I'd prefer just adding an add page and including
it in that.
