[Zope3-dev] zope.app.mail and spawning threads from ZCML

I've added an entry to the collector (#355) about 
zope/app/mail/metaconfigure.py.  It spawns a thread while processing 
ZCML.  Here's the text from the entry:

     Process configuration should be done in zope.conf.  It would
     be acceptable for a configuration-time error to be generated if
     zcml directives that need the mail delivery thread are
     encountered and the thread hasn't been configured.
