Not unless you quote it (it thinks you're passing an option):

     C:\>dir buildout/src
     Parameter format not correct - "src".

     C:\>dir "buildout/src"
      Volume in drive C has no label.
      Volume Serial Number is 5035-3E7B

      Directory of C:\buildout\src
     ...
