It's one of the more popular and useful add-ons for Zope.

It's already implemented and just needs DAV locking to be finished.

It is a basic capability.

Fair enough.

All other things being equal, this wasn't enough to delay things another week.

In fact, you clipped out the part of my note in which I said I'd be in favor of
releasing sooner.
