It's absolutly not about stability or the concept behind
Zope3.

It's just about we don't have the power to support everybody's 
question and problem, how we should, with this less core developer.

And there was no enduser community where this job is doing.
Right now it's only up to some people.

btw; 
we don't have such a big community like you have with Plone ;-)

The release Zope 3X-3.0.0 is OK.

But remember the time between Plone 1.0 and I guess Plone 1.2 or 1.3.
Right now we have the same situation. Plone 1.0 was relay OK.
But remeber the refactoring we have had between Plone 1.0 and 
Plone ~1.2 on custom Sites.
I just see now way right now we can support all future enduser
question if they start to build productive sites.

Btw.
We are running productive sites since more then one year
based on the Relase and the core of Zope3. But it needs 
some updates month by month. :-(
