I think the only outstanding issue is how to deal with the new 'logout'
method.

If you're merely using the old PAU, just follow the migration steps I
provided in the original heads up email.

If you have your own IAuthentication implementation, or are using that
interface in tests, chances are your implementation and tests are
broken. The working suspicion/hope is that this problem only applies to
Jim. If it applies to you, please let me know. I want to resolve this
issue in the next day or so.
