zc.buildout support for individual packages are a goal of
EggificationOfZopePackages proposal.

For complete eggification (including zope.app.* packages)
LoadingConfigurationFromTheZopeAppEgg proposal
(http://wiki.zope.org/zope3/LoadingConfigurationFromTheZopeAppEgg)
should be implemented.  But it's not yet implemented ?
