no.. they _wanted_ to switch to scons (python-based build system) but it
seems like it didn't fulfill all their needs, so now they are going with a
makefile-generator called "cMake"
Not what some of the KDE-people originally wanted, but the cmake guys were
very cooperative and helped implementing the missing features required by
KDE
