[Zope3-dev] Is standard_macros/view just an alias for standard_macros/page?

Hello!

I've just looked at zope.app.basicskin.standardmacros and it seems to me 
standard_macros/view (and similar macros) now not used and moreover some 
templates now unaccessible through "standard_macros" for example 
zope/app/rotterdam/view_macros.pt now overridden by 
zope/app/rotterdam/template_tablelayout.pt. Is it intentional and unused 
templates should be removed or it's a bug or maybe I'm missing something?
