The Zope Windows service installation and all the start/stop/restart
commands are just calling the already existing zopeservice.py (mentioned
by Adam Groszer).

I'm already at the DZUG sprint location (we just got the wireless
working) and I'm happy to explain the changes I did or help in applying
them to any other script / recipe or whatever :)
