This issues describes several problems with product releases.  They are all illustrated at http://www.zope.org/Products/ZODB3.1

On the right-hand size, there is a current release listed.  It is 3.1.3
and not the new 3.1.4.

The bottom of the page has a list of available releases.  3.1.3 again
comes before 3.1.4.

Each release has a date in the "released column."  None of those dates
appear to be correct.  It says that 3.1.2, 3.1.3, and 3.1.4 were all
released on July 10, but none of them were.  The first release listed is
3.1.1b2, dated Feb. 03, but the 3.1.1 final release was back in Oct.
2002.

The released column for 3.1.4 files has a link to md5 checksums. 
(They're correct.)  At least some of the other releases used to have
similar links, but they're all gone now.
