[ZPT] TAL and PageTemplates 1.2.1 released

Please forgive me, if this has been discussed before. I think it's really a
annoyance that for each release of TAL and PageTemplates, I have to correct
the permissions after unpacking. Would it be possible to pack those
distributions with different permissions, so that all directories are world
readable ?
