As template/title always exists (although it might evaualte to false)
it doesn't make any sense to do:
<span tal:replace="template/title | here/title" />

- it seems the proposed || for only displaying true values is not
implemented yet...

is there any simple way to display template/title if it contains
anything, and here/title if not ?
