[ZPT] ZPT licensing

The tarballs don't have explicit licensing. The download page says "License:
ZPL", so I assume that means Zope's license? That license specifically
mentions redisribution must have the license intact though.

My question: I wish to distribute part, but not all of ZPT with Roundup, as a
sub-package of Roundup. I'm doing that so that it can't clash with a Zope
installation, and I've removed the Zope-specific code (including dependencies
on Acquisition and ExtensionClass). I will include a document stating the
changes, and a pointer to the ZPT web page. Is that good enough?
