They're mostly the same.  In the unlikely event that I'll ever have
time, I'll make the Zope 2 packages a facade over the Zope 3
implementation.  This should be targetted for Zope 2.9.

Note that I'm not saying I'll actually have any time in the future. 
It doesn't look like I will any time soon.
