I have no idea. I have a Win32 box over here, but it's for running
the two pieces of software left that I still need it for. I don't
have any of the proprietary toolset necessary to run it. (Shane
once ran it under mingw, but I believe the results weren't entirely
correct, or something.)
Given all that, it seems that (according to the distutils user
manual, http://www.python.org/sigs/distutils-sig/doc/inst/contents.html),
you'd just do 'python setup.py build_ext -i' like the rest of us.

ExtensionBuilder is old. I left it because I can't test on Windows.
However it is true that after I put in setup.py, that setup.py was
changed without changing whatever EB refers to.
