Following Syntx in Structured Text

[Anker] this is an Anker

.. [Anker] explain

is parsed in HTML as

<a href"refAnker">[Anker]</a> this is an Anker

<a name="Anker">[Anker]</a> explain

either the ref in href is too much
or the ref in name is missing

i solfe the problem for the moment in take out the ref from the method output in 
...python\Structured Text\HTMLClass.py 
def innerLink

why does the namedLink method not work???
there is the ref been set
